Hello, blenderz, and Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone is doing well. We're dealing with weather whiplash at the moment. Saturday was a beautiful spring day with temperatures of up to 12 degrees, on Sunday it rained cats and dogs and now it's freezing outside and we got fresh snowfall. At least we got to spend Saturday outside in the fresh air.
I'm chugging along with Abs3 and should be completing it next week. My lower back and hips definitely feel looser and I feel more limber in general so I'll definitely be returning to one of the Abs programs soon.
