I have started and erased this check in a zillion times, been interrupted by a kid standing in my doorway eating bread and honey and telling me how he’s going to drop a shift at work (uhm, excuse me? Why?!), been interrupted by another kid telling me I need to read the latest Hunger Games novel…So you know what? Let’s just jump right in!
Workouts today? Yes please! I’ve got this favorite cardio routine with Patrice scheduled:
What sorts of movement do you have going on today? Roamblending? Stretching? Massaging calves sore from snowshoeing?
And how will you fuel those bodies today? It’s tostada Tuesday here, and I will have some leftover Mexican beans that I made yesterday my eating has been off lately, and my goal today is to avoid the crackers that lured me in yesterday. Blah! Ask me about crackers tomorrow!
Can I cry on your shoulder for just a second? My hip and knee hurt (don’t know why), my wrist hurts; I looked over my right shoulder yesterday and hurt the left side of my neck. I want to be in beast mode, but my body won’t let me and it’s really frustrating. I need more estrogen or something lol! I’m trying to roll with it and not let it bother me, but it’s bothering me. ‘Tis life! 😖
