Anyhoo, we made it to the end of the week, we've still got electricity and the winds are mostly gone, so I'm happy.
Before I forget let's take a quick peek at our ghosting schedule. As you can see you'll be spending the coming weekend with the lovely Karen but there's also some open weekends left. So if you feel inclined to take one, just give Coby or me a shout and we'll fill you in.

With that out of the way, let's move on to movement for today. How's that looking for you? Will you be working out, walking, GK sitting or GM cuddling?
I did my two workouts for day 18 and 19 of Momentum, Nicole's unilateral strength and HIIT first, followed by Brian's active recovery.
The rest of my day will be spent setting things aside for Yuna. Normally I'll be visiting her and Gwen tomorrow and I'll already be taking some stuff she wants with me.
We've also got to talk food, so let's hear it. What will be on your plates today? Are you cooking or will the cooking be done for you? No clue yet here but we did manage to have our weekly trout yesterday. The power came back on in time to get them prepped.
