Workout Complete :)

Hello FB Family!

Checking in with a workout complete over here.

I just finished FB Momentum about a week ago and I loved it. It was challenging and I ended up feeling stronger by the time I was done. I can especially feel the difference in how much stronger I feel during lunges - do any of you have a sort of a landmark exercise that helps you measure you where you're at in terms of strength/balance/endurance/bodily control? I wonder what your exercise is 👀

I think next I'll do a 10 day challenge that's heavy on strength - maybe Powerful with Tasha, Strong & Sculpted with Patrice or Strength and Power with Brian. Still deciding but I'll be starting into Day 1 by this afternoon. What are you up to now, what does your training look like atm?

I really appreciate the motivation that comes from doing these challenges "together" and I can't wait for the next one. Thanks to everyone who went through Momentum recently; you didn't know it but you kept me moving. Good luck to those of you who are still making your way through!
