HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 10th
Good Tuesday morning! I had to look at the calendar for the date. I seem to have lost track of time in the 4 days that I’ve been on vacation, watching the Olympics.
Since competitions start around 4-4:30am, and I am sitting in front of the tv for long periods of time, it’s easy for me to fall asleep, so I need to take short naps to make it through some of the events. I take a short nap before lunch and once mid-afternoon. I also do stretches and mobility work between competitions, and take care of some quick chores, to help me stay awake.
Today, I will resume the You Against You challenge. And I will focus on my food intake. I’ve been incredibly snack-ish these past few days, no doubt to help me stay awake, but that stops today. My gut needs a break from unhealthy snacks. I also need to hydrate more.
