To use Karen Gk's word: Holy Moly Cow! I've just finished day 15 of Momentum and I'm still sweating! Patrice sure kicked my butt with this TB push strength and cardio. I might have been pretty inventive with my swear words during that cardio! I really liked the workout though, don't know if I'll still be saying that this afternoon when I start feeling my buns.

I hope there'll also be food on those calendars. I sure wish I could tell you what we'll be having but I've no clue at all. Mind you there's more than plenty in the freezer but I've got so much other stuff on my mind that I just can't be bothered. Help me out here ladies!! Give me some ideas!!
