Hello, and welcome to the beginning of the end of the week! By the time Thursday rolls around I feel like I can do anything, like look at our upcoming ghosting schedule:
February 7th & 8th: Lynne
February 14th & 15th: Karen
February 21st & 22nd: Lea
February 28th & March 1st:
March 7th & 8th:
If you’d like to take a turn ghosting, just let Inge or me know and we’ll get you plugged in!
So I just realized today that the Winter Olympics are starting this Friday! I believe that curling has already begun. Do you plan on watching the Olympics? Do you have any favorite sports or events? I looooove the figure skating, and have come to really enjoy snowboarding and ski jumping. And I have a little Olympic claim to fame: my uncle carried the Olympic torch in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics! He’s pretty famous in little old Cache Valley, Utah. Brent Carpenter, a.k.a. “Bicycle Brent.”
Anyways, let’s get on with it! Workouts today? I’m thinking a stretching or mobility routine. What’ll be for you?
Anything good for dinner? No surprises here- spaghetti and garlic bread. Unless my boys don’t eat the leftover pork roast from last night- then it might be leftovers.
Pic: my bedtime game of Bananagrams. It’s one of the ways I wind down at night. I time myself to see how quickly I can use all 144 tiles. My best time ever was eleven minutes and thirty seconds; I’ve never been able to duplicate it!
How do you wind down before bed? Or are you able to just get straight to sleep?
Sheesh, I’m long winded today. I better zip it! Have a wonderful day, and all are welcome here!
Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, February 5th
