HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 4th
Happy Wednesday, friends!
First one of Feb and the first events are starting at the Olympics.
Are you a fan? Do you try to take it all in? We are huge fans. I was lucky enough to be in Vancouver for the 2010 Olympics, and it was out of this world. The excitement in everyone, all of the events/activities, concerts, and the national houses who hosted insane parties. Just crazy. I will never forget that.
Back to business.
I will go to the gym today. I have a list of exercises I have been missing, so that should keep me busy. Dinner is leftovers so that is done. Looks like I will have an evening with my book. I finished THe Beast in Me last night and it was good. The shocker at the end of episode 6, boy.
What is everyone else up to today? Remember we are all welcome here.
