HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 3rd
Good Tuesday morning!
It’s another cold one here, but daytime highs are closer to average temperatures for this time of year, so it’s more comfortable. Still cold, but not brutally cold.
Our provincial groundhog, Fred la marmotte, did not see his shadow yesterday during Groundhog Day, so spring should come early (if you believe a groundhog). When you’re this deep in winter, you take all the positive news you can get.
I’ll be attending a supper tonight, in honour of one of my managers who will be retiring at the end of the week. We will be close to 40 people and we raised 1000$ to buy him a thank you gift. I wasn’t the one tasked with buying it, so I don’t know what they got him, but he’s obsessed with golf, so it will probably be related to that. He was well-loved and will be dearly missed.
So that means that I will go for a walk early today, and start week 2 of the You Against You challenge before lunch. I really want to get through this challenge and move on. What’s on your workout calendar for today?
