Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, February 3rd

Heya Blendies! How’s it going on this Tuesday?

Well, I feel personally attacked. She came at me with a velvety dress, chubby cheeks, and hair in pigtails. I held her on my hip, snuggled her, played peekaboo, and changed her diaper. And what do I have to show for it? A strained lat. Or something on my side/near my shoulder blade/armpit. During my time in the church nursery on Sunday, I held the chonkiest baby ever. She’s 8 or 9 months old, and easily a dense 25 lbs. I’m so dang sore- too sore to do an upper body workout today. That, coupled with my wrist pain and now a bit of hip pain, and I’ve removed Elevate from my schedule for the time being. Good thing that baby was adorable! Not sure what kind of movement l’ll do today. Maybe a walk?

Enough blathering from me. What kind of movement will *you* be doing today?

Injured or not, we gotta eat! It’s tostada night here for my guys. I made a cauliflower lentil soup yesterday, and I’ll have that. What nutritious and delicious meals will you be eating today? Or maybe they’re *just* delicious?
