Hello FB friends and happy Monday! I don’t see anything posted as of yet, so thought I’d start the thread. Sharon, hope you’re doing ok and don’t mind me stepping in.

How is the start of your week going?

It is absolutely gloriously sunny outside today and the sun is filling our bedroom with light. I did an early morning yoga for mobility class online, then Erica’s short UB barre workout, both of which treated me well. Dinner will be broccoli cheddar soup with gf cheese buns. I also have a folk songs class tonight which I am really looking forward to.

My body is really enjoying doing the barre- type workouts with really light weights, which avoid a lot of the severe stiffness that tends to occur after I’ve done strength with heavier (for me) weights. Do you like to do strength workouts with light weights, heavy weight or a mix?
