January complete

I have changed my way of working out and my workout days at the beginning of the year. And so far I am doing pretty well. I didn't do a workout today which feels a bit wrong, but it is my first full rest day of the year and that is okay. I walk to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I do strength training on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Sunday is either stretching or bouldering.

My goal is to gain muscle mass and get stronger (losing some centimeters and fat along the way).
