HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 1st

Hello FB friends and welcome to February!

Do you have any fun plans for this new month? My plans are not exactly exciting but important as I’ll get a bunch more medical tests done and will start PT to try and improve my movement, looking forward to that.

What have you been up to this weekend? Challenging yourself with a new workout, puzzle or book? Breaking a record for the longest nap? Eating enough snacks to ensure effective hibernation? I did each of these things yesterday (except the puzzle) and am suffering from having eaten too many snacks. I want to blame all the posts about potato chips but honestly, it was me that got me snacking! I also tried feeding the crows raw cashews and it was love at first bite.

It’s a balmy -14 C here this morning (feels like -23 C with windchill), the warmest it’s been for a stretch. I’ll finally head back to kooky yoga, which I’m really looking forward to. We’ll then need to zip around and get some errands done and end the day with our Sunday night visit with friends. So a pretty action-packed day for me. What will you get up to today?
