This workout is for the days when you want to feel strong without feeling rushed:

Total Pure Strength and Power

You’ll move through this session at a steady pace, with enough time in each set to actually feel your muscles working and enough rest to reset before the next effort. It’s the kind of strength training where form, breathing, and intention matter just as much as the weight you’re holding.

What I love about this workout is how it builds. You start grounded, focusing on strong positions and repeatable movement patterns. As fatigue sets in, the work becomes more about coordination and control than pushing harder. By the end, you’ve trained your whole body without that frazzled, wiped-out feeling that sometimes comes with faster formats.

If you’ve ever finished a workout and thought, “I rushed through that just to get it done,” this is your invitation to try something different. Lift with purpose. Take the full rest. Let each round feel complete before moving on.
