I shared that my goal was to complete at least 10 FB workouts per month and at least 150 for the year. I'm super pleased to report that I did 24 FB workout days in January (thanks to FB Momentum!)
I was at an advantage due to being on holiday for most of Jan. Now that I'm back at work, it's going to be harder to schedule workouts but I'm feeling positive!
How is everyone else going with their resolutions? Remember, it's okay to not be a track. Progress is better then perfection and being kind to yourself is so important 💗
