And so we come to the penultimate day of January... the first month of the year flew by in the blink of an eye.. at least for me it did. What also flew by was my week of hosting, and again it did for me but maybe you're happy as a clam to see me leave and are on the lookout for Karen who'll be our ghostess this weekend. But before you all run away please do tell us what kind of movement you've got planned for today! Something FB related or maybe if the weather permits something outdoors? For all I know you might have decided on having a nice lazy rest day..
I finished the first week of Momentum with a TB by Erica. Some combo moves that were ideal to keep the same weight for the whole workout if you wanted.
What might not stay the same as planned however is our dinner. Our sort of meal plan says we're to have lasagne (store bought) today but as you all know by now that can change in a jiffy. How's that in your house, do you stick with what you planned ahead or does it change every time?
