I was in the company of Patrice for Day 3 of Momentum, UB pull strength with some cardio and I added Brian to the party with a short core workout. I added a light weight to his exercises.
You ladies know I've always been kind of beastly with my workouts right? Well, it seems lately - I think since my last shoulder injury - I've switched a button. Before my workouts had to be long and tough, heavy weights, but now I'm loving those shorter ones, they can pack a heck of a punch too! I'm lifting a bit lighter and guess what, the funny thing is I can see more muscle definition! Yes, I'll still be lifting heavy too, but the NEED TO is gone. Could it be age? Are any of you experiencing this too? This "low impact HIIT is totally fine too, no need to jump up and down anymore" stage?
Aaaand I'm rambling again... sorry...
Let's move on to dinner. I'd say Milanese schnitzel with caulyflower but who knows, maybe hubs fancies something else. I hope decisions about dinner will be easier on your end. Do let me know!
Okidoke, rambling finished, I'm off to get some much needed fuel for my bod so I'm ready for some more packing.
