HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 28th

Last Wednesday of January. This cursed month is almost over.

The day is so far very very wet. I still feel damp and chilled from the walk to work and I have been here for an hour. It should stop later this afternoon. I would like to go for a run. I haven't gone in about 10 days so it is time.

Lentil burritos are for dinner, and I hope to stay warm and cozy with my book. I am reading Killers of the Flower Moon right now, and it is really good. It is a true story about the start of the FBI and the mysterious murders of the Osage people, who became very wealthy when oil was discovered on their land. Apparently, it is a movie as well.

In exciting news, we bought a kitchen last night. We both had to make some small compromises. Someone should come to measure next week to make sure everything fits. We provided a good sketch of everything but we need to be sure. I hope we do not have to make many more compromises.

Now just waiting to hear back from the Citizenship guys. I heard nothing yesterday. Either they have no idea what to do or are busy with what I sent them. They really do not like making you feel secure about things.

What does everyone else have on their plates today? Everyone is welcome here!

Also, Martine, I wanted to remind you to try the nose strips to help you breathe better at night. They are a game changer. I am seriously wondering if that is how it is supposed to feel when you breathe in general.... because I never feel like that ever...
