In FB Momentum, you built momentum toward your next training goal with strength, HIIT, and cardio. For this next series, you'll get to pick up heavier weights and add some bouts of power.
While completing Momentum is not a pre-requisite for what's on deck, it could be a natural next step for those of you ready for more!
