New PLUS Workout! Total Body Strength + MetCon Finisher

Hey Blenders 👋

If you’re craving a well-rounded strength day that hits everything without eating up your whole schedule, I’ve got a new one for you — and it finishes spicy 🌶️ (in a good way!).

This new Total Body Strength + MetCon workout packs a LOT into 40 minutes. We’re working all the major muscle groups with smart, focused strength circuits designed to overload similar muscles so you can build strength and endurance — without needing your absolute heaviest dumbbells. Think efficient, challenging, and really satisfying work.

Here’s what makes this one extra fun:

  • Each strength circuit has a push or pull focus, with a lower body move, upper body move, and total body combo. Your muscles stay under tension, your brain stays engaged, and the time flies.
  • We wrap things up with a short EMOM finisher that brings in a cardio/metabolic element to finish strong. You’ll work hard for each minute… and then earn that quick breather before going again.

This workout sits at a 4/5 difficulty, mainly because of the pace and the finisher — but it’s totally scalable. Lighter weights, fewer reps, slower tempo… all fair game. The goal is to leave feeling worked, accomplished, and strong — not wrecked.
