HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 27th
Good last Tuesday of January!
I had to take a Tylenol for my back pain last night, and that allowed me to sleep from 8:30pm to 3am. Not enough, but better than nothing. I really need to figure out why one of my nostrils (sometimes the left, sometimes the right) is constantly getting stuffed up at night. That is preventing me from easily falling back asleep when I wake up. That, and my overactive brain sometimes.
What will your Tuesday look like? It will be a regular work day for me and it should be relatively quiet, since all District Managers are at a regional conference until Thursday. That will allow me to process all of the store expenses that I received for the end of the fiscal year.
I plan to resume the You Against You challenge today. I just couldn’t do it at all on Sunday. It took me one and a half day to recover from the party on Saturday. I also have to complete tasks as part of week 2 of the challenge that I am participating in at work. This week is all about movement: move for at least 20 minutes 4 times this week (yesterday’s shovelling counts), and take 2 10-minute active breaks each day. Yesterday, I stretched and walked for 10 minutes each. It will likely be the same today.
