Right, contrary to my last week of hosting I'm back to my rambling self, so fasten your seatbelts and let's dive in.
We'll make our first stop at workouts. How are those looking for you? I've been terribly indecisive this weekend about choosing a challenge or program to do. I had two in mind, then opted for FB30-30, even wrote down the first two days. Then this morning I swapped for the first workout that showed up and it turned out to be the first day of Momentum. Result: canceled FB30-30 and put Momentum on my calendar. Pffff.... 🙄
How decisive/indecisive are you about putting a challenge or program on your calendars? Do you stick with what you originally scheduled or do you change 10 times before actuallly doing something totally different?
Another thing that changes from it's original planning here regurarly too is dinner. I might come up in the morning with having soup to end up with spaghetti. Does that happen to you? So for now, let's just say I've got chicken and broccoli in mind but I'll let you know tomorrow if that's what we had. However, if you already know what'll be on your plates, please do tell!
