Help my core, please!

Dear FB friends,

In the afternoons I often feel puffy and my waist and stomach area are bloated. I also got a bit of a gassy feeling (I monitored and it's not triggered by food) and feel my digestion is slowing. I attribute this to my desk job, the sitting position - and sometimes slouching even after on the sofa;-)

I was wondering if you have any ideas what could help? I tried walks with limited success. So I was thinking maybe a quick core activation? Do you have any favorites for this in the library here? I just want my mid section to feel as fine in the afternoon as it does in the morning.
