Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, January 23rd

Hey there, Blenders! This party isn’t gonna start all by itself, so let’s get to it!

Is a workout in the cards for you today? Maybe pickleball, a nice walk, or a strength session? I’ve got the final day of Patrice’s booty challenge:

I’ve really enjoyed this challenge, and will definitely come back to it when I need something structured, but short.

And then this afternoon I get to go have a full body massage to work out any kinks. 😍 Heck yes, and thank you, Hubs! (For booking the massage, that is)

Dinner is pretty simple: chicken jalapeño sausages on sub rolls and Trader Joe’s tater tots. I had a craving for tots! What’s for dinner at your house? Or breakfast or lunch, or elevensies or afternoon tea?

Random question: do any of you skip breakfast? Are you the type who isn’t hungry in the morning? My youngest is like this, and it always makes me nervous. Like, why???

Pic: a sourdough loaf I made this week with- you guessed it- freshly milled flour! It tastes okay. I think it needs a little bit of honey or sugar to balance out the strong flavor of the wheat. But it’s bread, and I never met a bread I didn’t like!
