So, I used Kelli’s Feel-Good Cardio Warmup as a pre-cursor to yesterday’s active recovery routine.

I have noticed in the past that during a certain part of this warmup, Alexa answers, “I cannot do that.”

I updated to Alexa+ a few days ago.

Last night, Alexa answered by playing sounds of the ocean (noisy seagulls included). My heart fluttered a bit! Guess I’ll be putting her in do-not-disturb mode when this warmup rolls around. 😅
