Or maybe you’re ready for afternoon tea, or even dinner, because you’re on the other side of the globe from me! That’s one of the things I love about this community- getting to know people from other parts of the world!
And for our upcoming weekend ghost, we’ve got a Dutchie living in the UK who is sure to wow us with pictures of the beautiful sea, the heathland, or dead trees? Of course, pictures aren’t at all required- just yourself. If you’d like to ghost in the near future, just let Inge or me know and we’ll put you on the schedule:

Okay folks, let’s talk movement. I’ve got day 4 of Patrice’s booty challenge, a cardio and core routine:
We gotta talk food. Nothing fancy here, just our usual spaghetti. I’ll have sauce over spaghetti squash (again). What will you be having?
Pic: my dinner last night was pretty, and pretty tasty! Shredded chicken cooked in enchilada sauce; jasmine rice flavored with a bit of chili powder and turmeric; black beans, pickled onions, cilantro, jalapeños, and black bean quinoa chips. Y.u.m.
