So grateful for all the low impact options!!!!! Faves??

Hi FB community!

I was born with a rare progressive bone disease and a few years ago, I could handle more. But now, at 37, things need to be relatively short, 100% low impact, and make me feel more good than destroyed.

FB delivers!!! There are so many options and I feel like I'm continuing to build strength and endurance in the healthiest way possible for me. I used to push TOO hard, and ended up with stress fractures :( and injuries. Now my approach is much more gentle and supportive of my condition.

And...lastly...favorite low impact cardio workouts? Max 30 minutes with warm up and cool down?
