HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 17th

Good Saturday morning!

I apologize for not posting much this week. It hasn’t been a great one and I haven’t had much to report. Sleep issues affected me a lot this week and I did not complete a single workout or a walk. I’ve been struggling to stay awake past 7:30pm, so I haven’t been able to enjoy much time with David. And I feel so ravenous that I could eat everything in the house, so staying on plan has been a struggle. And the fact that I can’t find anything that fits me for that upcoming 1920s party has wreaked havoc on my already poor self image. I’m just very tired, physically and mentally.

I will try my best to turn things around today. I scheduled a short workout, to see if I can get some movement in. The weather should be decent enough to get some fresh air and go for a short walk. And I will try to drink more water, because I have felt dehydrated for the past couple of days.

All we can do is try our best to make this a good day 🙂
