New Workout! Weighted Total Body Conditioning EMOMs

Good morning FB Family!

Today’s workout mirrors most of the formatting of another EMOM workout, Bodyweight Total Body Conditioning EMOMs, except we add weights:

Weighted Total Body Conditioning EMOMs

We add weights to increase the challenge of fully body muscle engagement while testing cardiovascular and muscular endurance. You won’t be using your heaviest, most challenging weights for every exercise in this workout! But the energy demands of the formatting, sequencing, and pacing will still challenge your stamina and coordination, making this routine a great addition to your training regimen.

Even if my primary focus for a training phase is lifting/heavier lifts, I love to include workouts like this in my training schedule to practice sustaining optimal performance while managing accumulating fatigue.
