New FREE Companion Workout! Quick Bodyweight Total Body Conditioning EMOMs

Quick Bodyweight Total Body Conditioning EMOMs is the “companion” to an upcoming longer “parent” workout (stay tuned!) that contains one more EMOM than its companion version (and a smidge more spice!). Quick Bodyweight Total Body Conditioning EMOMs

As with any EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout, the quicker you finish your reps, the sooner you can rest. This sense of urgency coupled with circuits of complementary exercises trains your body/brain to master increasingly complex movement patterns (leading to an improvement in overall fitness).

I loved filming this super quick routine and knowing that I can easily adjust my intensity to match my training needs of the day (add or decrease goal reps, up my pacing, remove exercises, etc.).
