After lifting at home with FB since 2020, I finally went to a gym with my powerlifter friend for the very first time to learn how to use a barbell and test my 1RM 💪
Ended up with a 50kg/110lb squat, 35kg/77lb bench and 80kg/176lb deadlift at 52kg/115lb bodyweight! So happy! 🎉
