I'd like some advice in that I have an outdoor job that can be pretty strenuous and I'm moving around a lot. So in past years I'd just quit working out (besides yoga) during the summer season. However I've ended up gaining weight/fat from doing this. What programs could I incorporate into my busy season where I won't burn myself out doing my job and extra fitness?
