I've been on a diet all my life

I've been on a diet all my life. Hi, I'm an overweight student. I've been working out for 10 years (7 of which with Fitness Blender), and I've always fluctuated by 10 kilos. I've consulted several nutritionists and changed dozens of diets and workout styles. I trained at the gym for 3 years with heavy weights. I'm tired today. I have a lot of exams to study for next year, and I want to give 100% to my studies. However, I'm also 8 kilos overweight, and it's hard to look at myself in the mirror. I'm tired of dieting and weighing everything, but it's probably the only way to get results. I went back to working out at home with Fitness Blender, taking advantage of the discounts, and this means I have a maximum of 20 kilos of dumbbells, while at the gym I lift 80 kg with hip thrusts or 50 kg with deadlifts. I'm confused. Please help me. Should I go back to the gym to maintain my weights? Should I reduce stress and enjoy Fitness Blender? If so, what program do you recommend? Should I follow the diet? Or an intuitive approach? Can this be effective? I'm mentally tired, and my studies require commitment, and I can't decide. I have no health problems only stress
