New Workout! Quick Heavy Bag Workout + Abs

There’s a new heavy bag workout up whenever you’re ready to jump in. It’s a good option if you’re looking to move, break a sweat, and stay focused without overthinking anything. This workout combines heavy-bag boxing with ab work, so you’re getting solid cardio while keeping your core engaged.

I also want to say how much I enjoyed reading through the comments from the last boxing workout. Seeing the different ways you all made it work was honestly great—adding light weights, shadowboxing, and even some creative DIY heavy bag setups. That kind of effort and flexibility goes a long way, especially on days when your setup, space, or energy isn’t ideal.

If you don’t have a bag, don’t let that stop you from jumping in. You can absolutely make this one work with what you have. Whether you’re using a bag or shadowboxing, stay active, move well, and keep your effort consistent. It doesn’t need to look perfect to be effective. Good movement and steady effort go a long way.

This is also a good reminder that workouts don’t need to be followed word-for-word to be useful. Adjusting or simplifying when needed is part of training, not a setback.
