HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 11th 👂🧘
Hello Blendfriends! Quick start this Monday morning. I'm going to give Day 8 of Momentum a try, but I'll have to really pay attention not to overdo it. My back is doing so much better, but I had two days of headaches after Day 5, and I can't assume it's unrelated. I'll be considering either something easier or adding in stretching days between. And so today's thought is one from Storm:
"Listening to my body is more important than a check on my calendar or completing my to-do list for the day."
What is your body saying to you? If it's only salty language, maybe be nice to it today. There are really quite a lot of soothing stretches out there!
As for the to-do list, today's will be doable. It's a pretty heavy time at work, just in terms of things to get done, but I'll finish on time and then tonight I'll be making either orange-butternut soup or cauliflower mac & cheese.
