We just finished Week 1 of the new 30 Day Program and we'll be starting into week 2 tomorrow morning. How are you doing so far with your ability to show up for yourself in the form of movement? Are you following along with FB Momentum too?
I was thinking about how FB used to operate, and what we used to be able to offer, compared to now. These are just a couple figures but I thought they were fun:
-> Before we had our fantastic team working alongside us, when it was just the two of us, we would release between 1-4 videos a month, so as little as 12-48 new workouts a year. In 2025, we released over 250 new workout videos!
-> Before we had a team, we used to release 1-2 programs in a year. In 2025, we released 18 brand new programs and challenges!
-> We also launched a podcast - I'm so excited about this! Please come check it out, give it a listen - it's included as part of FB Plus and you can also find the podcast here. With our team we've also been able to expand into peri and menopause content, body image and mental health, meditations, meal plans, etc
To me, the most exciting part of "more" content is more diversity in training, and in the different fitness needs, levels and interests it allows us to accommodate. The best part is - and I feel like I haven't typed this is a while, but it's still true lol - we are still just getting started here.
We also wanted to say thank you for all of the kind words on our newest workout last week, we really enjoy reading where you're from, how long you've been working out with FB, and how you've been able to improve your own life with a smart workout habit. It's really inspiring to read about how and why you aim to take good care of yourselves.
The FB Team and Community are maybe the best thing that has happened on the internet (though to be fair, I might be biased)
Your requests, words and feedback have always been the largest shaping factor of Fitness Blender and none of it would be possible without you. Whether you've been here for 15 minutes or 15 years, thank you for being here. Here's to doing everything within our control to take good care of ourselves and the people around us.
