Hello, lovelies, and Happy Tuesday! I genuinely nearly forgot what day it is because I'm off work this week and I've just been lazing around the house for the past few days. The most exciting thing we did is that we mainlined The Pitt. Never been a fan of Grey's Anatomy or House but this one got me, probably because it's less glamorized and telenovela like than the other two. Season 2 is about to start and I'm very glad it's a weekly drop so we can't binge through it.
Fitness wise, I'm done with Shift and started Low Impact R3. I think I enjoyed Shift more than most people around here but going back to a more predictable schedule is also nice. I'll try to stick to adding more mobility days and finishers to my regular routine, that part really helped.
