Toned, defined, great with strength

I started my winter fitness routine with FB mass. It's felt amazing watching my body become more compact and lean. I never have to talk myself into doing my workout (mostly haha). I got weighed during an urgent care visit today and am down to 160 lbs. I can also feel how my yoga routines compliment my strength training. I'm excited to incorporate Erica's barre routines in this year with fb plus!
