It was gray and chilly yesterday so I spent most of the day inside. I had bought bok choy a few days and I finally sauteed it with garlic and ginger and had it over thin spaghetti. It was quite tasty.
I am moving right along on my getting back to exercise routine. Today's workout included Kelli's upper body warm-up, Amanda's express upper body workout and Daniel's stretching for upper body.
I'll be done with this routine in a few days and today's express workout had me thinking about what I should do next. So I made a collection of express workouts and I'm writing a 2 week routine using express workouts. If I add a warmup and cooldown then each day should be 30-40 minutes, which is perfect I am excited now that I have a new exercise plan.
It is hard to find a meme about express workouts, hence the picture of the Polar express.
