I have a question about warm ups. This morning I started a pilates workout and I didn’t finish it before I had a zoom meeting. The meeting and follow up discussions lasted for an hour and a half. I went back to my workout and didn’t repeat the warm up. I just jumped back in. Was that a mistake? My question is what is the max break you should take without repeating the warm up?
