Today's new release and latest workout from me is a tall list of exercises to improve total body endurance and core strength. To prepare, you won't need any equipment other than a mat. We begin with a warm-up that seamlessly transitions right into our workout as we trade off between 5 standing cardio exercises, 5 core exercises, back for 5 cardio and ending with 5 core. The cardio and core exercises go back and forth between standing and floor work, an intentional (and sneaky) way to boost your endurance that much more. Before we're off the hook and into our cool down, we polish things off with a short 2-minute AMRAP burnout.
I liked how this routine was organized into small groupings of focus to maintain momentum. Plus, there were many fun elements that made this routine encouraging to do; its boredom-resistant nature, the unique flair of cardio and core exercises, easing straight from the warm-up into the cool-down with no interruption, and its ability to be done nearly anywhere!
