This 68-minute core and leg burner Daniel built after the live pilates group classes that he used to teach nearly 20 years ago. 

In this epic pilates workout we start out with a quick pilates-specific warm up section to get the blood pumping and wake our muscles up, this way we can perform movements with deeper range of motion which will allow us to get better muscle development and a more comprehensive muscle tone. For those of you who may not realize this, our body shape consists of three main factors, our skeletal structure, our skeletal muscle and our fat content. That is why being sure to focus on full range of motion around each joint will help you to better develop each muscle in the way that you want or need. This routine definitely takes that into account so be sure to keep that in mind while you follow along. Focus on increasing a controlled full range of motion before you increase to a more difficult version of each exercise. This will not only more quickly improve muscle shape and tone but also increase strength and control through a full range of motion on each joint, which directly improves ease of movement in everyday life.
