I cannot believe Christmas is in a few days! I thought I had more time to get my Christmas presents done but only my immediate family got theirs in time for the holiday. While disappointing, at least my friends are understanding that life has been life-ing particularly hard lately. I realized Hanukkah is also wrapping up in a few days too. This year is moving far too fast. What about you guys? Are you a last minute shopper like my dad and I? Or were you prepared ages ago, like my sister and mom?
Food is leftover chili that my mom brought over when she stopped by the other day. I'm also going to try a new brewing technique for my coffee. I have a French press I've only used once or twice and it's a little more accessible to me right now than my Keurig is, given my inability to stand on my left foot. What are you putting on your plates? Got any fancy plans or just something warm and cozy for the winter months?
I'm modifying the Flex plan for my restrictions. No tricep dips for me since I can't do anything with my legs currently. But after that, if I'm not a noodle, I'll probably do another chair workout for more cardio. How are we all moving our bodies today? Rest days for anyone too?
Leaving off with a meme that explains why as long as I have Auburn I will not have a Christmas Tree. She'd take it out in minutes, even if I did have the space for one.
Weekend Ghost ANG: Saturday December 20
Hello friends!
Enjoy your weekends, everyone!
