Does anyone else have a pet that can sense when it is time for you to work? I was just about to start recording when Harlan had other plans. She always tries to make a deal with her paw shakes.
Filming days aren’t always perfect. The setup gets messy, dog toys end up everywhere, and I usually have at least one moment when I’m not sure if the mic is on or if I remembered to hit record. I’ve definitely done that before.
Still, I’m excited to record for our latest program launching in the new year. The workouts combine strength, mobility, and conditioning, building up each week. I really think this is one of the best ways to train, stay consistent, and build that momentum in the New Year!
