Happy Humpday! Hope you're feeling/doing well and are ready to tackle the day. A rather misty one here, I can't even see across the valley, it's that foggy.
Anyhoo, we're not here to talk about the weather conditions but about our body's conditions. Is yours okay to get some movement in or are you feeling all blah and prefer to cuddle up on the sofa with a good book and a nice cuppa tea or coffee?
Elevate again gave me two options and since Nicole's cardio pyramids WO was new to me I picked that one. I did work out pretty carefully though as I've seemed to tweaked something in my left arm again, if I rotate in a certain way my deltoid is giving me a pinch that's ouch. It's something that comes back once in a while so best be careful a bit right?!
Right! Dinner, no clue yet, maybe chicken? Soup? The weather sure calls for soup. What are you having? Anything that sounds better than chicken or soup?
Guess I've got most covered, only thing left is item 3 of Christmas crochet. It's my Advent calendar, the crochet was easy but I've had a much harder time thinking how I was going to display it and when I finally had an idea those beads took forever to arrive. And while it's simple I actually quite like how it turned out.
Before I go I want to do a little shoutout to Cabob. Are you okay there? Did I miss you telling us you wouldn't be checking in? If so, sorry and I hope you're having a nice time. If it's something else I hope everything is allright.
