Hello, lovelies, and Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone is doing well. We're having a sunny and cold winter day, or "sun with teeth" as we say here and I'm feeling pretty energized from it though my arms are noodly from my workout with Nicole. I'm also very excited because my dear husband is making kimchi today, I can't wait for it to be ready. We'll give some of it away as Christmas gifts but there will be plenty for me to chomp on too.
In other news, I'm still recovering from last week's travel. Brussels turned out to be more enjoyable than I remembered (might've been the beer) and I am left bereft and heartbroken that we can't get Liège waffles here, just the inferior Brussels kind that I was never a big fan of. Poland was nice, as always. Our boss took us go carting and I ended up enjoying it enough that I'll probably go again with my friends over the holidays. Had a lot of pierogis and I'm currently trying to detox from the carb overload.
Speaking of Polish people, did you know they've spread as far as Haiti and that there's a special relationship between the two countries?
