Hey there you lovelies again. Another holey tree day today: I love this one. I think it’s even more beautiful than yesterday’s one. What do you think? Oh, yesterday after pickleball I had to go to the local shop and a girl walked out with holey jeans…. Now I’m probably old-fashioned, but I’ve never understood why this got to be such a hot fashion item?!?!?! I had a hole in my workout leggings the other day, so I made them into shorts. I used the off-cuts to clean my bike. WinWin, right?! I can’t wear holey things. What about you? If I have a hole in anything I will be poking it continuously. So no holes for me please, but YES wholeheartedly to holey trees!!! Have you got any holey experiences? Ok enough holey nonsense, Lea!!!! BTW my spelling corrector obviously doesn’t like the word “holey”. I’m seeing red lines all over 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣!
Workout: well, I’m cycling to a beach car park to do a Goodgym task: collecting more money, this time for a different charity. Then this afternoon I’m going for a beach walk with a friend to catch up on all her news. I foresee a mulled wine in my future… I love this season, any excuse for a mulled wine. Lea, this belongs to the food section, so get your act together and shut up! How’s your day looking workoutwise (another red line from my spelling corrector, whereas I think it’s a perfectly valid word!!! 🤬)!!! Anyway: your day is what interests us, not my spelling corrector woes! Let’s hear it from you…. I want to hear about your workout plans. Ocean, I hope you get to do some workouts from that chair list I sent you! Kavya, I don’t know what the time difference is between you and the UK, but I hope you can catch this one before you go to bed.
Food: hubs is cooking again, we’ve got friends coming over for dinner and board games. He’s making chicken pie and chips. For dessert we have lemon meringue roulade (store bought!!!). What are you making and eating today? Coby, sorry, I know you can’t eat, but this question is always part of the checkin, so I hope it doesn’t put you off too much!
