New FREE Workout! Quick Version to Day 9 of FB Momentum

Hello, hello everyone! 

This workout is the shorter FREE “companion” workout to Day 9 of the FB Momentum 30 Day Program. A free series of these will release alongside the program, one each week. These workouts fit together to create a more bite-sized approach! 

Companion Workout #2: Quick Upper Body Strength with HIIT

This efficient routine starts with 7 minutes of total body HIIT cardio followed by 6 minutes of upper body push strength, with a short warm up and cool down on each end. Our heart rate will steadily increase throughout the HIIT and stay elevated as we switch gears to focus more on muscular strength. In just 20 minutes we'll be finished, even more motivation to work as hard as we can! 

Shorter workouts are so valuable to have in our back pocket when we're short on time or lower in energy (among other reasons). Doing something is often better than nothing so we can still reap all the benefits that come as a result of moving our bodies!
