Okay, I'm ready to put yesterday's derriere debacle behind me (insert immature, self-satisfied snicker) and move on to a new day. What does this new day hold for you? You're welcome to talk about anything along with your workouts and food!
I'm taking my youngest to his final in-person nutrition class for the semester, woohoo! Plus voting in a run-off election for mayor. No workout, as my digestion is still a bit iffy. I may be able to go for a brief walk, but we'll see.
What workouts will you be doing today?
Let's talk food- what'll it be? Tostadas for my guys, leftover taco tofu for me. And I'm making chocolate biscochitos to take to a ladies' group at our new church tonight.
Random question before I let you go, and of course you are free to skip it and go on about your day! Do you have any home remedies/life hacks that you swear by? For example, my grandma always said to use spit to get a small blood spot out of fabric (it worked). My mom says to put mud on a bee sting (hard to come by when you live in the desert, lol!). What are your little nuggets of practical wisdom that we need to know?
