Welcome to another week, Blendies! And a huge thank you to Cabob for ghosting over the weekend. As always, Cabob, we appreciate and enjoy your ghosting!

Now, by the time you read this, a handful of people will have seen parts of me that only the good Lord Himself has seen, and hopefully I will have eaten and be snoozing away as the anesthesia wears off. Therefore, I will ask the questions, and you all can talk amongst yourselves and keep yourselves entertained!

Workouts, yay or nay? Whether it be hiking with grandmoppies through the mud, walking half a mile to get your mail, or doing an FB workout, how will you be moving your body today? Obviously I’m resting, as colonoscopies and workouts don’t mix!

Food? Yes, please! I can’t do anymore jello, ick! I’ve got some vegan leftovers stashed in the freezer, and I’ll put my boys to work making Philly cheesesteaks for themselves and the Hubs. What will you be having?
